Add MAPM support and benchmark precision & performance of a arbitrary precision ray-tracer

Status

How important is this? Also, I recall stumbling across a better arbitrary precision library than MAPM: might be worth a bit more research before deciding on MAPM. --Arthur 16:09, 18 September 2011 (CDT)
